因业务发展需要，现招聘以下岗位：

创意总监（文案） Creative Director (Copy Base)

要求：

  1. 8年以上 IMC / Digital 创意工作经验，服务过酒水饮料或快消行业客户，能独立带队完成提案并全案执行；
  2. 擅长用策略的思维地去解读brief，拆解目标，建立明确的时间线；
  3. 具备优秀创意能力，启发团队不断输出创意，对团队创意表现的稳定输出负责；
  4. 优秀的客户沟通能力和抗压能力。

副创意总监（文案/美术）Associate Creative Director (Copy/Art Base)

要求：

  1. 6年以上 IMC / Digital 创意工作经验，包括1年以上团队管理工作经验；
  2. 能抓准brief的空间和机会点，给出与众不同的解题思路和创意方案；
  3. 擅长通过内容和事件营销传播品牌声量；
  4. 有酒水饮料经验者优先。

(资深)美术指导 (Senior) Art Director

要求：

  1. 3-5年 IMC / Digital 创意工作经验
  2. 优秀的审美和美术执行能力
  3. 良好的创意能力和团队合作意识
  4. 有酒水饮料经验者优先

策划经理 Planning Manager

Requirements：

  1. 3-5 years social planning experience in advertising agency, market research agency or client side, both ATL traditional & digital background is preferred;
  2. Expertise of social platforms ,KOL, celaborties and content marketing;
  3. Able to handle brand team and campaign independently;
  4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral, able to convincingly write and present strategic plans and presentations);
  5. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  7. Jobs-to-be-done mindset. Proactiveness. Responsible and good mentality

项目经理 Project Manager

Requirements：

  1. 3-5 years of accounting experience working in a digital/media/creative/marketing agency/publisher or relevant high-paced environment. Broad understanding of digital marketing strategies and Paid, Owned & Earned channels. Alcohol/Beverage/CPG experience is a strong plus
  2. Experience in and demonstrable understanding of managing end to end projects in the marketing/media/digital or trade space.
  3. A strong ability to foresee future challenges and identify solutions. Looking to create change, have worked in fast paced, growth environments geared towards disruption.
  4. Extremely organized, timely and detail oriented. Strong project/time management skills & the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  5. Agile methodology is advantageous. Strong numeracy, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Fluent in English and Chinese
